British EPC supports the government initiative ACT ON CO2 which aims to help people save money & energy ultimately reducing their CO2 emissions together with their 'Carbon Footprint'. There are a number of simple initiatives outlined as part of the campaign which include:

Britain has committed to reduce its CO2 emissions by 80% in 2050 in order to assure it's compliance with European legislation introduced to help tackle climate change.
Other changes that are part of this initiative include the necessity for 'Display Energy Certificates' (DECs) which are required for public buildings & institutions. |
