British EPC > Non Domestic Energy Assessors (NDEA)

A ‘Non-Domestic Energy Assessor’ (NDEA) is a qualified and accredited property professional with the skills necessary to carry out inspections on premises other than residential dwellings.

Article 7 of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) stipulates that energy certification is required to facilitate the transfer of clear & reliable information on the energy performance of buildings. Such certificates can only be provided by an accredited and qualified Non Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA).

British EPC is accredited by 'Quidos' a highly respected government approved accreditation scheme.
