British EPC are a network of nationwide surveyors accredited by bodies including Quidos, Stroma, Elemhurst, BRE and CIBSE who are government approved accreditation schemes. As a practicing energy assessor one must be accredited with an approved government scheme in enable to produce and lodge an Energy Performance Certificate legally.

Accreditation helps give the general public and business alike confidence that they are engaging the services of legitimate insured assessor who have been vetted by the associated scheme.

The various accreditation schemes that our assessors are registered with are all highly respected and operate to ensure that accredited members are fully capable of conducting energy assessments accurately and professionally.  This involves carrying out extensive checks on the credentials of applicants, and following this up with continual ‘Quality Assurance’ monitoring throughout membership.
