Jeffreys Building – 34,000 sq ft
Platinum Building – 43,000 sq ft

The Park

Owned by St John’s College, University of Cambridge, the 21-acre Innovation Park forms part of Cambridge's established technology and R&D cluster.

The buildings varied in age, construction and building services, requiring each property to be individually surveyed and modelled.

Our Approach

British EPC assessed each building's fabric, heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting and controls in accordance with the Non-Domestic EPC methodology.

The assessments were coordinated across the estate while retaining the detailed building-by-building analysis required for accurate certification.

The Outcome

Commercial EPC assessments successfully completed across approximately 220,000 sq ft of office, technology and R&D accommodation.

The project demonstrates British EPC's experience in delivering energy assessments across large and technically diverse commercial estates.

Independent Commercial EPC Expertise Since 2008.
