ABOUT
British EPC was established in June 2009 following new government guide lines within the residential and commercial sectors.
In 2013 British EPC merged with RCTS and incorporated new build Part L2 compliancy for the commercial sector, since this British EPC has subsequently evolved into residential new builds and land complaint lease plans.
Studied in architectural technology and material science.
Worked as an architectural technician on many prestigious commercial projects until 2008 upon setting up and running his own company.
Fully qualified commercial and residential assessor for existing, new and redevelopment projects.
