EPC
Plus Report

The EPC plus report is designed to offer the greatest uplift in rating for the minimum outlay.

 

We draw on our many years experience in all commercial sectors to establish the best method of increasing the EPC without excessive costing to the landlord. 

Typically we look at uprating lighting, changes to the HVAC system, possible areas of the building that are incorrectly conditioned,

renewable energy’s and fabric changes.  

We then carry out individual assessments with these measures implemented and cost each measure over a 7 year period.

 

Why is this necessary:

 

The EPC plus report is designed  to meet the newly proposed MEES

set out under the Government consultation in 2019. 

Where landlords in the privately rented sector shall be required to demonstrate a valid EPC of C or better by 2027 and B or better by 2030 with the aim of delivering Net zero carbon inline with government policy.
