30 Broadwick Street
Commercial EPC Certification | Office & Retail
In June 2026, British EPC was appointed to undertake Commercial Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessments for 30 Broadwick Street, London, including all associated retail units within the property.
The Project
30 Broadwick Street is a prominent commercial property situated in the heart of Soho, Central London, comprising high-quality office accommodation alongside retail and leisure space.
The instruction required a coordinated assessment of the property, covering the principal commercial accommodation together with the individual retail units.
Our Approach
British EPC carried out detailed site surveys and energy assessments, reviewing the building fabric, glazing, lighting, heating, cooling, ventilation and associated building services.
Using SBEM methodology, each relevant area was modelled to establish its energy performance and produce the required Commercial EPC certification.
Particular attention was given to ensuring the individual retail units were accurately assessed according to their respective layouts, uses and installed building services.
The Outcome
British EPC successfully completed the EPC programme across 30 Broadwick Street and its associated retail units, providing the client with a coordinated package of Commercial EPC certification.
The project demonstrates our ability to deliver EPC assessments across large, complex and multi-occupancy commercial properties, combining detailed technical assessment with an efficient and professional certification service.
