British EPC was appointed to undertake the Commercial EPC assessments for 95 Wigmore Street, London, covering the main office accommodation together with the associated retail units.

The Project

The principal office building extends to approximately 9,774 m², requiring a detailed assessment of a substantial multi-storey commercial property and its building services.

In addition to the main office assessment, British EPC carried out Commercial EPCs for the associated retail units, providing a coordinated certification service across the property.

Our Assessment

British EPC undertook detailed site surveys and energy performance assessments, reviewing the building fabric, glazing, lighting, heating, cooling, ventilation and associated mechanical and electrical services.

The size and complexity of the office accommodation required careful assessment of the different occupied areas and building-service systems to accurately establish the overall energy performance of the property.

The Outcome

The 9,774 m² office building achieved an EPC B rating, demonstrating a strong level of energy performance for a substantial Central London commercial asset.
