In 2015, British EPC carried out the commercial EPC for the Blue Fin Building on Southwark Street, successfully obtaining a C rating for the client. Completed in 2007 and designed by the well-known architects Allies and Morrison, the building stands out with its distinctive blue aluminum fins.
